Q01Who runs SEL 2.0?
Sales Excellence League (SEL) 2.0 is an AU partner programme — built to help you get more out of MS Learn, sell more partner products, and earn rewards along the way.
Q02Do I need to make a new account?
No. You log in with your existing MS Learn account. One sign-in for both.
Q03Do I earn points for MS Learn courses I take outside SEL 2.0?
No. You can still take the course, but you won’t earn Points. To earn Points, take the course through SEL 2.0.
Q04Do I earn points if I do the same activity twice?
No. You earn Points only once per activity. You can still do it again — you just won’t get extra Points.
Q05What happens to my points when the sprint ends?
Your Points carry over to the next sprint. They never expire. Your leaderboard rank starts fresh each quarter, but the Points you’ve earned stay yours. Swap them for rewards anytime — even after the sprint ends.
Q06Does SEL 2.0 only have courses?
No. SEL 2.0 has courses, sales tools, marketing tools, ready-made answers to common customer questions, and a leaderboard with real rewards. We add new content all the time.
Q07What if I’m not good with computers?
SEL 2.0 is built to be simple. Your AI Assistant guides you in plain language — just tell it what you need. No tech skills required.
