Q02Do I need to make a new account?
Register once, then sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code — no separate password to remember.
Q03Do I earn points for courses I take outside SEL 2.0?
No. You can still take the course, but you won’t earn Points. To earn Points, take the course through SEL 2.0.
Q04Do I earn points if I do the same activity twice?
No. You earn Points only once per activity. You can still do it again — you just won’t get extra Points.
Q05What happens to my points at the end of a quarter?
Your Points never expire and carry over to the next quarter. Rankings are based on everything you have ever earned, so redeeming a reward never costs you leaderboard position. What does change each quarter is the rewards catalogue — new rewards replace old ones, and stock is limited, so a reward you are saving for may not be there next quarter.
Q06Does SEL 2.0 only have courses?
No. SEL 2.0 has courses, sales tools, marketing tools, ready-made answers to common customer questions, and a leaderboard with real rewards. We add new content all the time.
Q07What if I’m not good with computers?
SEL 2.0 is built to be simple. Your AI Assistant guides you in plain language — just tell it what you need. No tech skills required.
